Wall of Skies is a soft pastel painting months in the making and a quiet meditation on the moods of the sky. Each of its forty squares holds its own moment: a stormy purple, a golden-hour pink, a calm midday blue, a sunset that lasted exactly as long as it lasted. Together, they form a tapestry of feelings and memories that reads as one continuous landscape and forty smaller worlds at the same time.
Valerie has always believed the sky holds the emotion in any landscape. Wall of Skies is that belief made visible. A collection of fleeting moments where sky meets soul, captured in the magical crystals of soft pastel pigment.

This is a Fine Art giclée reproduction on Hahnemühle German Etching Paper. It is one of the finest papers available, with a beautiful "tooth" to it that shows off the quintessential texture of a soft pastel painting.
