Fields of late summer flowers are haunting my dreams. The last hurrah of the summer.
Perhaps for the first time ever, I’m not trying to rush Fall. Seasons transition slowly and I’m allowing my heart to transition too. There’s such a sweetness here in this moment, the middle ground, the space in between.
This painting is an original, beautifully textured soft pastel created on archival sanded paper to hold the crystals of luminous pigment in place.
