Day 22 - Framed Original Pastel Painting

Day 22: October 22, 2022

These one-of-a-kind treasures were born out of a month of exploring my favorite subject of skies in a deeper way, painting one piece per day.

I like to think of them as little windows into other worlds. Their size offers a personal and intimate moment to hang on your wall and get lost inside for a little bit.

Each painting is an original soft pastel painting created on archival sanded paper to hold the crystals of luminous pigment in place.

A certificate of authenticity will be issued with each painting.

The frame is included!

I worked with my local framer who expertly frames each piece to ensure the pastel never smudges and lasts for generations. The professional UV70 glass is virtually invisible and showcases the pastel so beautifully.

The custom frames are antique gold with silvery flecks that pick up the cool tones and blues in the skies. From the frame to the painting, each one is truly unique.
